ContentFloa exists to give every business access to enterprise-grade content marketing — without hiring an agency, paying per word, or burning engineering budget on bespoke AI integrations.
We built the platform we wished existed when we were running content teams: one that routes AI tasks intelligently, learns your brand deeply, and publishes across every major channel from a single approval click.
What is ContentFloa?
ContentFloa is a software company that builds an AI-powered content marketing automation platform. The product combines multi-LLM routing (selecting the most cost-effective model per task), a Brand Intelligence Profile (structured brand and audience memory), an AI learning engine that improves content quality over time, and publishing connectors for nine major marketing channels. Customers include in-house marketing teams, content agencies, and founders who need consistent omnichannel presence without expanding headcount linearly.

How we earn trust
Shipping AI features is easy; shipping AI features that finance, legal, and brand teams can defend in a QBR is hard. We bias toward observable behavior: explicit approvals before publish, per-generation cost logs, soft deletes and audit trails on sensitive records, and documentation that matches what the product actually does.
Customer success for us means helping you reach a steady state where ContentFloa replaces ad-hoc chat prompts and spreadsheet calendars — not adding another dashboard nobody opens. We measure onboarding by time-to-first-approved-batch, by the percentage of connected channels actually receiving posts, and by whether AI spend trends down per post while engagement holds or improves.
When something breaks — an API change at a network, a model deprecation, a bug in scheduling — we prioritize clear status communication and rollback paths over silent retries. Content calendars are revenue-impacting infrastructure; they deserve operational seriousness.

Why we built ContentFloa
Content teams spend roughly 60% of their time on production logistics — reformatting the same post for each platform, rewriting the same brief five different ways, switching between three AI tools before landing on something usable. That is not strategy. It is not creativity. It is logistics, and it is entirely solvable.
The realisation that changed how we approached the problem: every AI generation does not need to go to the same model. Short social copy does not need the same model as a 2,000-word blog post. Intelligently routing each task to the most cost-effective capable model unlocks 60–80% cost savings without sacrificing quality. The model selected should be a routing decision driven by the task — not an arbitrary default.

Remote-friendly roles with overlap hours for customer calls; we document decisions in writing so async collaboration stays crisp.
Interviewing is a two-way evaluation: you should leave knowing our architecture choices, how we think about model routing economics, and what the next 6–12 months of product bets look like. No puzzle questions — we would rather debug a real scheduling edge case together.
